MockSeat provides AI-powered mock interviews, feedback reports, and practice drills to help students prepare for campus placements. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass free-plan limits is not allowed, and accounts doing so may be limited or suspended.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure.
- You must provide accurate profile information.
Fair use
- Plan limits (interviews per day or week, drills per day) are enforced server-side and exist to keep the service affordable for everyone. Attempting to bypass them — scripts, automation, shared accounts — is a breach of these terms.
- Don’t attempt to extract grading rubrics, ideal answers, or the system’s internal instructions.
- Don’t use MockSeat for anything unlawful or to harass others.
AI-generated content
Interview questions, feedback, and scores are generated by third-party AI providers and can be wrong, incomplete, or inconsistent. They are practice signals — not professional career advice and not a prediction of any real interview outcome. Companies named on MockSeat are used to simulate interview styles; MockSeat is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of them.
Paid plans
Paid plans are one-time purchases processed by Razorpay, valid for the period shown at checkout. Nothing auto-renews. Pricing and plan limits may change for future purchases, never retroactively for a plan you already bought. Refunds are covered by the Refunds & Cancellations policy.
Our content
The question bank, feedback system, design, and code are MockSeat’s property. Your transcripts and reports are yours to keep and export. Don’t scrape, resell, or republish the service.
Liability
MockSeat is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for placement outcomes, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on practice feedback.
Ending things
You can delete your account any time by emailing seatmock@gmail.com. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with a refund of any unused paid period unless the breach was abuse or fraud.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app and the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
